The beautiful residence on Bellevue underwent a complete renovation, including a new layout of the kitchen, mudroom, laundry, pantry, family room, dining room, primary bedroom, and primary bath, and the addition of a three-bay garage with bonus guest space above. Central to the project was ensuring the appearance of the formal spaces remained as they were originally; however, the inner workings required a major overhaul. We worked painstakingly to honor the antiquity of the house, modernizing the outdated electrical system and surgically installing a new HVAC system. This same attention to detail was applied to the home’s exterior; the last Milford pink granite available in New England was sourced to match the original exterior of the house.
