Follow the Build: New Construction Home

Welcome to our latest project! We are thrilled to bring you along as we follow the build of this new construction.

David walks us through the U-shaped layout that encompasses all of our client’s wants and needs for their forever home. Currently, framing is wrapping up, windows are installed, ice and water shield is going on the exterior, and the roof is on. Stay tuned as we continue to follow this project!

We are thrilled to update you on our New Construction project. Inside, all the rough wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems have been completed, and insulation installation is underway. Outside, custom window trim by Decor Art is being installed, and the entire exterior will be finished in stucco. Our team, in collaboration with Builder David Tocci and Interior Designer Patti Watson of Taste, are working seamlessly, and the project is progressing wonderfully. We are excited to bring you the latest updates from our New Construction project! We’re back on-site with David as he guides us through the impressive progress of the home. Slocum Hall is partnering with Taste Design, who are doing an incredible job crafting the interior spaces- you can expect stunning finishes throughout! The exterior design features a striking contrast of black and white, with the bold black accents adding a dynamic touch to the home’s elegant white facade. Stay tuned for more!
