Loft on Washington South End, Boston

The owners of this South End loft had moved into Boston seeking to downsize. While the loft had many of the features they were seeking, the original kitchen was closed off from the living space, and there was a lack of usable storage in the entry and living room. The design incorporated a larger, more open kitchen integrated into the living areas, added cabinetry in the entryway, and built-in furniture in the living room. This included a custom cabinet to house their cat’s litter box.
