We had the pleasure of collaborating with Catalyst Development on the design of this newly built residence in Newton. Situated on a prominent corner lot, the home was carefully crafted to respect the surrounding neighborhood context while offering a fresh and transitional architectural language.
Our design approach focused on maximizing the available square footage while meeting the client’s programmatic needs – balancing openness with intimacy. Inside, soaring ceilings and connected living spaces create an airy, fluid experience, while intentional spatial planning offers quiet retreats and comfortable areas for private gatherings.
From site strategy to final detailing, we welcomed the challenge of designing something distinctive, delivering a residence that feels both rooted and refined.
