Wellesley Sports Barn & Guest House Wellesley, MA

When our longstanding clients acquired land adjacent to their current home (a home we helped renovate!), they retained us to design a guest house and sports barn. One was designed to accommodate a guest apartment, extra garage parking and a ‘lodge room’. The second structure, intended to look like a barn, houses a basketball court on the main floor and a turf space and locker rooms on the lower level. We referenced the main house for the exterior design, adding arched windows and barn-inspired touches to enhance the aesthetic.

The Wellesley Sports Barn & Guest House is the proud recipient of Silver Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston 2020 PRISM Award for Best Living Area: Private Residence – Living (Great) Room / Dining Room / Specialty Room.
