Residence on Highland West Newton Hill, MA

A young family purchased this Dutch Colonial on West Newton Hill, intending to transform the dated and dilapidated property into their dream home. Fusing modern design elements with the home’s original design, we configured three additions, plus a new detached garage structure. The additions expanded the living/dining room space and added a mudroom, and taking advantage of the existing footprint, created a second story for the primary suite. The new garage replaced one that was unusable due to disrepair.
