Residence on Kenrick Newton, MA

The owners of this home were seeking additional space for their growing family yet wanted to preserve their stately home’s aesthetic. We converted the existing two-car garage into a beautiful step-down, tray-ceiling family room and added a new 3-car garage.  Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom were added on the second floor. Seamlessly integrating the old and new, we used the harvested brick from the demolished portion of the house and replicated the existing stucco, timber trim and copper.
